Using Club Atlas

These terms cover your use of the Club Atlas directory and its editing tools. Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of clubs, contributors and other visitors. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the service.

What the directory provides

Club Atlas provides information to help you research membership clubs. We do not sell club memberships, take booking payments or approve admission. Applications, reservations, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by the relevant club under its own terms.

Listings, prices, availability and reciprocal arrangements may be incomplete or out of date. Verify details with the club before travelling, applying or making a payment. See our Disclaimer.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, impersonate a club or submit misleading information. Do not use published contact details for spam or harassment. Automated use must respect service capacity and the rights attached to source material.

Accounts and contributions

Editor access requires an authorised sign-in. Keep your account secure and submit only information and images you are entitled to share. Include sources, preserve credits and avoid publishing private personal information.

By submitting content, you permit Club Atlas to store, process, resize and display it as part of the directory. Saved changes and processed uploads can be public. We may correct or remove content and restrict editing access where needed to protect the service or address inaccurate or inappropriate submissions.

Content and external links

Club names, logos, photographs and source materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. A credit or source link does not grant a reuse licence. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices; Club Atlas does not control their content or availability.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to make the directory useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage or error-free information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Club Atlas is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on directory information or dealings with a listed club. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
